Sliding Scale

Do you know what a Sliding Scale is? It tells you how much insulin to give your self threw a shot or pump. For example Blood Sugar-70 Grams 78 ( Carbs-7) 10.5 Units of insulin. But rember This is not my real Sliding Scale And NOT EVERY ONE'S IS THE SAME!!!! So if you forget your sliding scale DON'T USE THIS ONE!!!
